SPREAD

Spread is a food fat product consisting of milk fat and vegetable oils (sunflower, olive, corn, palm, etc.) with a mass fraction of total fat from 50 to 85%, in which the share of milk fat is at least 25% of total fat. The spread, as a rule, has a more plastic consistency compared to butter, even at a temperature of +4°C.
